Podcaster Paige DeSorbo and her rumored sports exec beau Joe D’Amelio are finally (sort of) “Giggly Squad” official.
On the January 9 episode of the “Giggly Squad” podcast, which DeSorbo co-hosts with her best friend and former Summer House co-star Hannah Berner, the duo were discussing how it can be annoying for their loved ones to casually hang out with them when they are together because they like to save juicy topics of conversation for when they record the podcast.
“Hanging out with us is not fun because we will bring something up, start laughing, and then one of us goes, ‘Hold it, save it for camera,’” Berner said.
The duo explained that they had hung out the day before recording their current episode, which they deemed “such a mistake” because it left them discussing topics they wanted to save for the podcast.
“Des was around, Joe was around and they were just, like, not speaking, and I was like ‘I’m performing with my friend right now,’” DeSorbo joked during the episode.
Des, of course, refers to Berner’s husband Des Bishop, leaving Joe to seemingly refer to DeSorbo’s boyfriend Joe D’Amelio.
This seems to be the first time DeSorbo herself has publicly acknowledged her relationship with D’Amelio.
D’Amelio and DeSorbo are rumored to have been together for about a year now. The alleged couple reportedly got together after DeSorbo’s November 2024 breakup with her ex-boyfriend Craig Conover.
Over the summer, a source close to the couple confirmed that they were together and going strong.
“Paige has been quietly dating Joe D’Amelio for a while now, and things between them are going really well,” a source exclusively shared with Us Weekly in July of 2025. “It took a few months for Paige to warm up to being in another relationship again, but she moved on after Craig and is genuinely happy.”
“She’s in a totally different headspace now,” the source continued. “Joe is a breath of fresh air for her. He’s calm, grounded and much more low-key, which is exactly what Paige needed.”
Even back in July, the couple was apparently already taking things pretty seriously.
“He’s already met her family, and they really like him,” the source said. “It’s a different kind of relationship, and Paige is embracing that. She is having a lot of fun. Friends have seen a different side of Paige and can tell she is really happy right now.”
