Timothy Busfield faces another allegation of sexual abuse.
The 68-year-old West Wing alum and husband of actress Melissa Gilbert, who denies all wrongdoing, surrendered himself to police in New Mexico after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He faces two charges of alleged criminal sexual contact with a minor and one of child abuse in relation to allegations that he sexually abused twin boys who he met on the set of the Fox series The Cleaning Lady in 2022.

According to a pretrial detention motion examined by PEOPLE, Busfield has now been accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl.
The motion, which asks a judge to keep Busfield in custody until his trial, noted that the unnamed victim’s father, Colin Swift, accused the actor of sexually abusing her “several years ago.”
“While auditioning for [Busfield] at B Street Threatre, the 16-year-old reported that [Busfield] kissed her and put his hands down her pants and touched her privates,” the motion reads, per PEOPLE.
It continued, claiming Busfield “begged the family to not report to law enforcement if he received therapy.” Swift, who is a therapist, “thought at the time that was the best thing to do.”
Busfield denied the previous allegations in a video published by TMZ.
“I’m sure most of you know, that are watching this, that I was ordered to come to Albuquerque – I’m here now. I got the call Friday night, I had to get a lawyer. Saturday I got in the car, drove 2,000 miles to Albuquerque. I’m gonna confront these lies. They’re horrible,” he said.
Continuing, he added, “They’re all lies and I did not do anything to those little boys and I’m gonna fight it. I’m gonna fight it with a great team, and I’m gonna be exonerated, I know I am, because this is all so wrong and all lies.”
His lawyer also issued a statement about the arrest.
