Hayley Erbert has been counting down the days until she and husband Derek Hough meet their little one.
The mom-to-be, 31, embraced her curves in new maternity photos shared via Instagram on Tuesday, December 30, showing off her transformation in the weeks leading up to their child’s arrival. “This pregnancy ♥️ Forever in awe of my body!” she gushed.
In the top left photo of her polaroid set, it showed Erbert at the beginning of her journey with a flat stomach. She wore jeans and a sports bra in every snap, showing the milestones she reached as she approached her first and second trimester. Erbert cradled her belly as she looked with pride at her growing tummy, flashing a smile at the camera in her latest pics.
She uploaded two other snapshots in the next slide of her post, showing herself with a relatable expression. “The last frame is me feeling being VERY pregnant 🤣,” Erbert wrote.

The final photo was one of proud dad-to-be Hough, 40, holding her tummy as they kissed.
Her sister-in-law, Julianne Hough, was among the commenters, sweetly writing, “You are magic ✨.”
Fans are speculating the couple’s baby may have already arrived and they are potentially soaking up the special moments before sharing the news.

“I keep checking back for updates and there has been NOTHING for the last two days. Crossing my fingers that baby Hough is already here and we all can’t wait to see the photos!! 🩷💙🩷💙,” one social media user wrote.
“I think baby’s here by now they were quiet for 2 days,” another added. “I agree. I think this is the preview of pregnancy photos before announcement of baby Hough. ❤️,” a third resounded.

Prior to her post, Erbert spoke out about the couple’s plans when it came to parenting.
“The best piece of advice that I’ve gotten is not to listen to anybody’s advice,” she told E! News in an interview published on December 11. “Because you will get so many people trying to give advice and then you’re just gonna be like, that doesn’t work for my child.”
There is one suggestion that Hough is going to follow, she noted. “The best piece of advice that Derek got was, if he’s able to and he’s willing to, ‘Catch the baby,’” Erbert added. “‘To be the first hands to catch your baby earth-side is the most special thing ever.’ And he would be the hands that bring the baby to me.”

While awaiting their little one’s arrival, Erbert said they were in full nesting mode and getting their home ready to go for the baby.
The couple announced that she is expecting in July, following which she reflected on everything she has overcome.
“Two years ago today, I was given a second chance at life through life-saving brain surgery,” Erbert wrote via Instagram on December 3. “In these two years, I’ve gone through every human emotion imaginable, the kind that cracks you open and the kind that puts you back together.”
