Katy Perry has uploaded a carousel of photos/videos with Justin Trudeau on Instagram.
In related news, The Sun reports that Perry plans to release her eighth studio album in the first half of 2026. “She’s been working on it all the way through the tour and lyrically it’s some of her most vulnerable work in years. After 143 didn’t go as planned Katy has overhauled her thinking for this record and is going back to what she does best,” shared an insider.
“She’s has been back in the studio with Cirkut, who helped make Lady Gaga‘s Mayhem, as well as Greg Kurstin, who masterminded some of Lily Allen‘s biggest hits.”
“It’s no secret she’s had a tough time in the spotlight recently and Katy has channelled that into her music. She’s written multiple songs about her split from Orlando Bloom, but it’s still up in the air as to which ones will make the cut — especially as she’s now dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,” continues the insider.
“The record is due out in the first half of next year and her team hope it’s Katy’s moment to shine again,” added the source.
