Harry and Draco are so back! That’s right, Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton have reunited nearly 15 years after the last Harry Potter movie premiered in theatres.

The former co-stars reunited at a New York City screening of the Merrily We Roll Along film adaptation on December 1, where they posed for photos and shared a warm side hug — see the reunion pics here.

The reunion comes shortly after Tom stepped onto the Broadway stage for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, reprising his iconic role as Draco Malfoy. He made his debut last month and admitted he turned to Daniel — now a seasoned Broadway star — for guidance.

“I’ve taken a few tips from Potter,” Tom joked during a Nov. 5 appearance on Good Morning America. “He was one of the early inspirations for me to come to Broadway. I think I saw him during his first show 10-plus years ago and now he’s a Tony winner and a big inspiration for why Broadway is so special.”

Daniel starred in the 2023 Broadway revival of Merrily We Roll Along alongside Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez — a run that not only won rave reviews but earned him a Tony Award.

But while the reunion brought plenty of nostalgia, Daniel has made it clear that revisiting his wizarding days isn’t on his current to-do list. In a 2022 interview with The New York Times, he explained just how much distance he feels from the franchise that defined his childhood.

“I’m getting to a point where I feel like I made it out of Potter OK,” he shared. “And I’m really happy with where I am now, and to go back would be such a massive change to my life.”

Still, he didn’t fully shut the door. As he added, “It’s not something I’m really interested in doing right now,” but when it comes to the wizarding world, he’d “never say never.”

And he isn’t opposed to sending a little love to his Harry Potter successor, Dominic McLaughlin, who’s set to play the boy who lived in the upcoming HBO TV show adaptation.

“I don’t want to be a specter in the life of these children but I just wanted to write to him to say, ‘I hope you have the best time, and an even better time than I did — I had a great time, but I hope you have an even better time,’” Daniel told Good Morning America in November 2025. “I just see these pictures of him and the other kids and I just want to hug them. They just seem so young.”
