The Bachelor alum Ali Fedotowsky is clapping back at body-shamers.

“Girl my body is amazing just like yours is! My weight is always fluctuating as well as my bloat and how my clothes fit and all of that and that’s fine,” the reality TV personality, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, November 9, publicly responding to a troll who told her that she is “so thin” and “may be showing off.”

“I honestly try not to think too much about my size,” she continued. “If anything, I mostly just focus on how I feel and lately, more than ever, I’ve noticed that when I eat poorly, I feel bad and when I eat better, I feel better. And that’s truly what I’m focused on at this point in my life.”

Fedotowsky wrote her response over a photo of her jeans unzipped and her shirt pulled up to reveal her stomach.

“Also, I just know how to dress myself,” she added. “This is my belly in all its jiggly cuteness!”

Fedotowsky previously opened up to Us Weekly about the “speculation around [her] body transformation” before her casting in Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test season 3 was announced.

“[It] was a little difficult for me because I wanted to share with people [who] would be like, ‘How did you do it?’” she told Us exclusively in December 2024 ahead of season 3, which aired on Fox in January and February. “I lost 20 pounds training for the show. I was working out two to three times a day. My whole day. This was my job for two months. I put everything else to the side.”

Fedotowsky said that husband Kevin Manno “even took over” parenting their two kids, Molly, 9, and Riley, 7, so she could get in shape for the show.

“I was training hardcore. And so, for me, I kept saying to people online, I’m like, ‘Oh, well, I work out two times a day,’” the Bachelorette alum continued. “I know that’s not possible for most moms out there. Moms are busy or people have jobs. I couldn’t tell people this was my job for two months.”

Fedotowsky added that she was “happy” to be able to tell people that what it took for her to complete her “transformation [was] not normal” once the casting was announced.

“It was my job for two months. That’s why I was able to make this happen. Don’t compare yourself to me,” she said. “That was difficult for me not to have that honest conversation.”

Fedotowsky, who left the show early in the competition due to a finger injury, said she trained hard because she “wanted to prove I was a badass.”

“I’m like, ‘I want to prove myself physically. I want to train as hard as I can, make it to the end. There was no quitting in my mind,’” she told Us. “My girlfriend made me a ring and the inside said, ‘Keep beeping going,’ and she’s like, ‘No matter what.’ I couldn’t wear the ring on the show ’cause you can’t wear jewelry, but I kept thinking about it. ‘Keep going, keep going. Just keep beeping going.’”
