Just as the holiday season is getting into full swing, the Jonas Brothers are getting ready for the release of their brand new Christmas movie.
The film, titled A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, follows a fictional plot wherein Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas experience a series of obstacles as they try to make their way home from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with the rest of their family.
Comedy, drama, and a little bit of romance all occur as the three brothers set out on their journey to make it home for the holidays.
The Jonas brothers will, of course, be playing themselves, as will some of their close family members.
Additionally, an EW exclusive revealed that the star-studded cast joining the Jonas Brothers includes Jesse Tyler Ferguson (playing Santa), Randall Park (playing Brad), Billie Lourd (playing Cassidy), Laverne Cox (playing Stacy), KJ Apa (playing Gene), Andrew Barth Feldman (playing Ethan), Andrea Martin (playing Deb), Kenny G (as himself), and Justin Tranter (as himself).
The film was first announced at JONASCON at American Dream in New Jersey back in March.
“I think Disney was just such a great partner to put the full force of the holiday magic behind this movie,” Joe Jonas told PEOPLE exclusively at JONASCON.
The brothers will also be releasing all-new music to accompany the film.
“One of the things that we’re really excited about, and that was so appealing to us about doing this project, … is that there’s a full album that’s coming along with the film that has some holiday music and some other music,” Nick Jonas added in the same interview.
Now, E! News has gotten an exclusive first look at the film, revealing that Joe will have his own romance plot line in the movie with a girl named Lucy (previously announced to be played by Chloe Bennet).
The outlet revealed the pair are seen going for a romantic walk together in the film, which Joe later recounts to his brothers.
“We had a connection,” he tells them of his time spent with Lucy. Kevin then doubtfully quips, “How many connections have you had this month?” to which Nick replies, “He can’t count that high.”
This and more playful moments between the brothers can be seen in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu on November 14.
