Justin Baldoni‘s lawsuit against Blake Lively is officially over.
The 41-year-old It Ends With Us star and director filed a $400 million countersuit against his co-star, for extortion and defamation following her own claims and suit against him.
However, his case was dismissed back in June and though he was given the option to amend and refile, he has now missed the deadline to do so.

Rolling Stone reports a federal judge has officially ended Justin‘s lawsuit against Blake.
US District Court Judge Lewis Liman, who has been overseeing the case, noted that Justin and his Wayfarer Studios co-plaintiffs let the deadline lapse and failed to respond to the court’s October 17th deadline on why a final judgement shouldn’t be entered.
While his case has ended, Blake‘s lawsuit over sexual harassment and retaliation against Justin remains.
