Greg Vaughan is adding another soap opera to his resume!
The 52-year-old Emmy-winning actor has been announced to join the cast of Beyond the Gates on CBS, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Details on the actor’s role are being kept under wraps at this time, but it is said his appearance will be THIS season, premiering before the end of December.
“I’m incredibly honored and excited to be joining the Beyond the Gates family this season,” he shared in a statement with EW. “It’s a phenomenal ensemble and creative team, and stepping into from day one has been both creatively fulfilling and wonderfully welcoming from all the cast and crew!”
“While I can’t share too much just yet about my character or storyline, I can say this — the series explores some powerful themes, and I’m thrilled to help bring a fresh energy and depth to an already compelling story,” he continued. “I am beyond grateful to CBS / Paramount, creator Michele Val Jean, and the producers for the opportunity, and I can’t wait for audiences to see what’s ahead.”
Greg is a veteran soap star, having first appeared on Malibu Shores, followed by roles on The Young and the Restless, General Hospital and most recently as Eric Brady on Days of Our Lives, which has earned him an Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series Daytime Emmy Award in 2018.
