Taylor is known for successfully arguing for fair artist pay with Apple Music in 2015, re-recorded songs to own her masters, and has several points in her career emphasized the importance of artists getting paid properly. Perhaps she only meant herself.

The videos depict surreal scenes tied to clues about her new album. What began as an exciting scavenger hunt soured once fans and Redditors realized the videos were AI-generated.
