Trader Joe’s is adding some spooky flair to everyone’s grocery runs with the release of brand-new Halloween tote bags—and we’re already obsessed.

The popular Instagram account @traderjoesobsessed shared that the Halloween-themed tote bags are expected to hit stores around October 8. Fans immediately flooded the post with excitement.

One wrote, “Ooooo I can’t wait!!! Heading to the States just a little after that date, fingers crossed they’ll still be in stock then! 🤞” Another added, “OMG, I can’t… I just can’t, I have no more space for all the TJ bags I have now 😭.”

With shelves already stocked full of pumpkin treats and fall goodies, it was only a matter of time before the fan-favorite grocery chain unveiled stunning seasonal bags to match. Starting October 8, shoppers can grab these limited-edition mini tote bags in festive Halloween colors.

    The lineup includes:

    • An all-orange tote
    • An all-purple tote
    • An all-black tote
    • A multi-colored version featuring a black body, purple bottom, and green handles. The Trader Joe’s lettering is a vibrant orange color.

Perfect for quick Trader Joe’s runs, trick-or-treat candy hauls, or simply showing off your fall spirit, these mini totes are expected to sell fast once they hit stores.

They’re also the perfect size for a quick lunch break—just big enough to hold a smoothie and something from Trader Joe’s fresh prepared foods section, like their fan-favorite turkey apple cheddar sandwich.

In the past, Trader Joe’s has offered customers other limited-edition mini tote bags, like the pastel colored ones that sent fans into a frenzy. The pastel-colored versions that dropped in March 2024 sold out completely within days.

And it wouldn’t be a surprise if these Halloween-themed totes followed suit, so make sure to head to your local Trader Joe’s on October 8 before they’re gone for good. Which color bags will you be picking up?
