After the pandemic, frozen yogurt sales in the US took a dip and profits have remained stale for years. But apparently. fro-yo is having a bit of a resurgence in the past year.
Neil Hershman, 30, bought his first 16 Handles franchise for about $555,000 when he was 23 years old. He went on to become the largest franchisee with six stores across New York City, which he still owns and operates today. In August 2022, Neil took over as CEO of 16 Handles at age 27.
