Charlie Sheen‘s daughter, Sami Sheen, is reacting to a touching fact from his recently released documentary and memoir.
In The Book of Sheen: A Memoir, the 60-year-old actor opened up about his issues with addiction and sobriety journey. He revealed the pivotal moment involving his now 21-year-old daughter that lead to him deciding to get sober. On her TikTok account, Sami shared her reaction to the story.

“It was December 10, 2017, and by 9 a.m. I was on my third spiked coffee. My phone rang and when I picked up, it was my daughter Sam asking what time we were leaving. S—; her appointment that day had slipped my mind,” he recalled in the memoir, saying that he’s often asked about the moment he decided to get sober.
He went on to share that Sami, who was 13 at the time, seemed to be upset about the fact that her father had changed so much. He wrote, “There was only one thing that felt worse than betraying myself, and that was failing my children.”
Charlie and Sami have been estranged in recent years, but that didn’t stop her from watching the new documentary that accompanied his memoir.
On her TikTok account, Sami shared a teary-eyed video of herself. On the video, she wrote, “I didn’t know I was the reason he got sober.”
