Aubrey Plaza is closing a chapter of her life in Los Angeles following unimaginable loss.

The Parks and Recreation alum, 41, has listed her Los Feliz Oaks home for $6.5 million, just eight months after the tragic death of her husband, writer and director Jeff Baena. Realtor.com was the first to confirm the listing.

According to the property description, the 4,064-square-foot estate is a “breathtaking Spanish compound” that “sits behind gates on an expansive double lot” at the base of the coveted Los Feliz Oaks. Featuring four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the private home boasts luxurious amenities including a screening room, wine cellar, pool, oversized steam room, and state-of-the-art sound system.

The decision to put the home on the market comes nearly a year after Baena died by suicide in early January at the property. He was 47. At the time, Plaza’s spokesperson issued a heartfelt statement to *Us Weekly* on January 6, saying, “This is an unimaginable tragedy. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support. Please respect our privacy during this time.”

Plaza has since opened up about her grief. During an appearance on Amy Poehler’s “Good Hang” podcast on August 19, Poehler acknowledged the loss early in the episode.

“To get it out of the way, people wanna see you and see how you are,” Poehler, 53, told Plaza. “They love you, and they wanna see you. You had this terrible, terrible, tragic year. You lost your husband. You’ve been dealing with that, and you’ve been looking for all different ways in which to feel and find support.”

When asked how she was feeling, Plaza admitted that while she tries to focus on moments of happiness, grief is always close by.

“Overall, I’m here, and I’m functioning, and I feel grateful to be moving through the world. I think, like, I’m OK, but it’s a daily struggle, obviously,” Plaza shared.

She went on to describe her grief with a vivid analogy inspired by the action-horror film The Gorge.

“I swear, when I watched it, I was like, that feels like what my grief is like,” Plaza explained. “Where it’s like, at all times, there’s like a giant ocean of awfulness that’s, like, right there, and I can see it, and sometimes I just wanna dive into it and be in it. And then, sometimes, I just look at it, and sometimes I just try to get away from it. But it’s always there, and the monster people are trying to get me like Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy.”
