Porsha Williams‘ ex-husband is making some serious claims about the money she made while they were together.
The 44-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta filed for divorce from Simon Guobadia in 2024, less than two years after getting married.
Simon, 61, recently filed an appeal after the court chose to uphold a prenuptial agreement that was signed when he and Porsha got married. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Simon is claiming that Porsha‘s decision to return to RHOA should have voided the prenup.

In the filing, Simon says that the prenup was in place for Simon to financially support Porsha for the lost income from leaving RHOA. He claims that she did not disclose she planned to return to the series when it was signed, which she announced the same month she filed for divorce.
In the filing, Simon alleges that in 2024, Porsha made a total of “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000.”
In their divorce, Simon was ordered to make spousal support payments to Porsha of $40,000 per month for a total of 14 months.
