- Meghan Sussex dodged a political question during an appearance on The Circuit with Emily Chang.
- Asked about her past comments — including calling Donald Trump “misogynistic and divisive” in 2016 — Meghan was more cautious. “I just make a choice of what matters to me and what’s important to me. And that was a different time in 2016,” she said.
- She added: “If there’s anything I wanted to say, I would say it. But that’s not where I’m at right now. I haven’t said anything since 2016 — that was well before I met my husband.”
- When pressed on America’s direction, Meghan again avoided specifics: “I think right now it’s an interesting time for the entire world. I just hope that people are able to maintain the values that are important to them and to feel safe. And to remember our humanity with each other in all of it, no matter how polarized the world can be.”
