Scott Wolf called the police on his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, over alleged harassment, which led to her arrest on Tuesday, August 26, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
Us obtained an affidavit filed by law enforcement regarding Kelley’s arrest for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment. The report noted that on Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Department was called out to Scott, 57, and Kelley’s home, which Kelley, 48, is not allowed to be at per an order in their pending divorce.
The officer explained Scott “reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife with whom he is going through a divorce, Kelley Wolf.”As the officer was conducting his investigation at the home, “Scott received a call from his wife, he answered the call in front of me on speaker phone.”
The officer said Scott said hello and no one responded: “Scott tried multiple times but no answer before Scott hung up the phone ending the call. Shortly after Scott started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people, some of the calls just showed phone numbers others had the callers names listed. Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him.”

Scott went to Kelley’s Instagram and saw a post that he believed referenced him as “dimples.” She included his phone number in the post.
“Scott also said the phone number posted was his, and it is also the listed number that law enforcement has for Scott,” the report read.
Scott received approximately 24 calls as well as multiple texts in the first 10 minutes from the time of the first call. Scott said the phone number is to his personal phone he used to communicate with his kids and this is causing a major disruption for him.”
The officer drove to visit Kelley at a home nearby. “Kelley refused to open the front door and talk to me, and instead talked to me through an open front porch window.”

Kelley refused to answer the officer’s question, per the report. He asked her about posting Scott’s number but she didn’t talk. He told her he had probable cause to arrest her.
“Kelly changed clothes, due to being in a bathrobe while I was speaking to her and then came outside on the front porch. I arrested her for the offense,” the officer said.
The officer said he believed the “current offense is a felony.”
The report noted Kelley’s family is “extremely concerned about her mental health.”
The officer said he was requesting that “Kelly be held until she can be seen by a judge as well as a mental health professional. It is believed by family and law enforcement that her illegal and harassing behavior will continue if she is released.”
Court records show that prosecutors charged Kelley with two misdemeanors following her arrest. The court ordered Kelley to not post on social media until further court order.
Kelley’s bond was set at $5,000. Once she is released, Kelley cannot contact any witnesses or drink alcohol or use any drugs unless prescribed. She will also have to participate in inpatient or outpatient treatment.
As Us previously reported, an emergency hearing has been scheduled in Scott and Kelley’s divorce on Thursday, August 28.
The exes’ drama erupted in June when Scott filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage.
