Dept Q has finally been renewed for season 2.
Based on a Danish novel series, Dept Q is a mystery show starring the brilliant yet antagonistic detective, Carl Morck, who leads a misfit team to solve cold cases. The first season premiered earlier this year and revolved around the case of a missing prosecutor.
Netflix did not confirm the cast or premiere date for season 2, but OP hopes it won’t take as long as Wednesday.

Fun fact (i.e. I heard it through the grapevine): The novels have also been adapted as popular Danish films and the author hated the casting for the main characters so much that he forced them to be recast for the remaining movies.
