Kathy Griffin is showing off the results of her latest plastic surgery procedures.
During the Tuesday (August 5) episode of her Talk Your Head Off podcast, the 64-year-old comedian revealed that she recently had a third facelift, which was performed by Beverly Hills-based celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei.

“You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want,” she continued. “I don’t want you to come to care what I look like. I’m in Lululemons today for God’s sake. I’m in my fat pants.”
The facelift wasn’t the only new cosmetic work that Kathy had done. She also revealed that she got an “upper eye job” (a blepharoplasty), that included a “cat eye stitch” to give her eyes a lift at the corners. She also had work done to her chin.
“There’s a stitch in my chin, which you’re probably not going to see unless you’re under me, but not in that way,” she joked.
Kathy then went on to detail how “painful” her recovery was.
“I’m going to be honest. It’s painful,” Kathy said. “So these b-tches that are like, ‘It’s like getting a tooth filled! It’s nothing!’ No, it’s painful.”
After getting the work done, Kathy said that she went to a “rich lady recovery place” for her healing process. She was then sent home with a nurse and described the first few days after the procedure as “disgusting.”
“You get out of that place and you come home and maybe you come home with a nurse, and it’s disgusting,” Kathy explained. “I’m not going to lie. The first night there’s drains that come out of your chin. I know it’s so gross. But the vanity takes over.”
Kathy‘s facelift revelation comes after photos surfaced last month of her going makeup-free with a fresh face and with her natural hair while walking around Malibu.
