Larsa Pippen is opening up about her looks following a recent TV appearance.
The 51-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star sparked conversation on social media about getting some work done after appearing quite swollen on Good Day New York on Wednesday (August 6).
After an Instagram user broke down the changes in Larsa‘s looks from years ago to the TV interview, she took to the comments to reveal the real reason why she looked swollen.

“Honey I had PRP and had an allergic reaction so chill out,” Larsa commented.
If you don’t know, PRP is Platelet-rich plasma, which is an injection treatment that “uses a patient’s own blood cells to accelerate healing in a specific area,” according to John Hopkins Medicine.
It is often used to treat sports injuries, hair loss or enhance other cosmetic procedures.
“You can relax,” Larsa added in an Instagram story video. “I had therapy on my face a couple days ago so my face was a bit swollen. It looks like it’s coming down, so you guys can just calm down.”
She also questioned if the photo that has been circulating was edited to make her face look more swollen than it is.
