Matt Rife hasn’t posted too much about his girlfriend Mariah Morse on Instagram and he’s making rare comments about his relationship and why they’ve remained relatively private.
The 29-year-old comedian and actor went Instagram official with Mariah a few weeks ago to celebrate her birthday, sharing a photo of them kissing.
TMZ confirmed back in March that Matt and Mariah, a fitness model, were dating, but the couple has kept details about their relationship private.
In a new interview, Matt was asked about an Instagram post that featured the back of a woman, who was Mariah.

“Yeah, it’s my girlfriend, Mariah [Morse]. I don’t post a whole lot about my personal life on social media because people are absolutely insane, and at this point I try to distance your personal and professional life as much as possible,” Matt told Billboard.
Matt also responding to speculation that they’re holding a bucket in the photo because of an optical illusion in the picture.
“Hilarious. I didn’t see that. This is why you don’t share stuff from your personal life. People’s speculations are always 100% wrong,” he said.
Matt just went viral for a purchase he made last week.
