Tom Holland is giving an official look at his first day on the set of his upcoming movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day!
The 29-year-old actor suited up as the titular webbed hero to film scenes on Sunday (August 3) in Glasgow, Scotland, as seen in photos and video that flooded social media.
“Spider-Man Brand New Day 1,” Tom captioned two snaps of him on Instagram.

In the photos, Tom could be seen harnessed, standing on top of a military tank with a crew member. At the bottom corner of the pics was Destin Daniel Cretton, who is directing the new Spider-Man movie.
Photos and videos of Tom on set are all over Twitter and TikTok, with some videos circulating of the actor, in full costume, including the mask over his face, going up to meet and take photos with fans who were waiting nearby.
There was an extra sweet moment where Tom greeted a young fanin a Spider-Man costume and even lifted him over the barricade to take a photo with the child. Afterward, Tom lifted him back up and over the barricade. Watch the video HERE!
