Cleveland-based dancer Stephon Vann created a routine to the theme song of “Law & Order,” Olivia Benson and Amanda Rollins, aka Mariska Hargitay and Kelli Giddish joined in on the fun, much to fans’ delight. And they rightly gave Vann choreography credit.
