Lisa Rinna jumped on the trend of celebrities sharing their plastic surgery secrets — and it turns out she has a doctor in common with Kylie Jenner.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 62, discussed the surgery-sharing phenomenon with husband Harry Hamlin during the Friday, August 1, episode of their “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” podcast. Rinna was at first hesitant to reveal any specifics, noting that she opened up about her lip filler all the way back in 2009 for her book Rinnavation.

Finally, the former soap star agreed to spill the tea.

“Alright, I’m gonna share one thing, because people are gonna be mad if I don’t share one thing, plastic surgery–wise,” Rinna said. “Since we were talking about [Jenner’s plastic surgeon] Garth [Fisher], let’s just talk about it. 180 [ccs] — I don’t know if it’s moderate profile or not. Half under, half over [the muscle]. I had the smallest ones put in.”

Rinna went on to note that she initially had bigger implants, which she got after giving birth to her youngest daughter, Amelia Gray, 24. (Hamlin, 73, and Rinna also share daughter Delilah Belle, 27.)

“After I had Amelia — I’m gonna say it, we can do it — I had saline,” Rinna said before discussing her current implants again. “They’re also silicone, 180, under-over, Garth Fisher. I can’t believe I just said that!”

Jenner, 27, kicked off the trend of celebrities sharing their plastic surgery details in June when she responded to a TikTok video asking for the exact specs of her breast augmentation. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!!” she wrote. “Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”

The doctor behind Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation is being inundated with requests after she revealed the exact details of what she had done. After Jenner, 27, shared on Monday, June 2, that she went under Dr. Garth Fisher’s knife, the surgeon’s office told TMZ that they are receiving over 150 calls a day from people […]

Fisher is a hot commodity, as he also did Rinna’s breast implants. “Cheers to Garth Fisher,” she joked on her podcast. “He’s not gonna have any time to do anything.”

While Rinna got candid about what she had done, she also shared some personal details about why she decided to go under the knife.

“[After breastfeeding], they were down to my knees,” she recalled, as Hamlin chimed in to add, “They were definitely old merchandise.”

Rinna agreed, adding, “That’s how I felt though. I did, and I wanted you to have a sexy body again, and I wanted to get my mojo back. … I didn’t like them deflated. I didn’t feel good with deflated boobs. I didn’t.”

The former Bravolebrity felt great about her first set of implants, though she noted they were so big they caused her pain.

Kris Jenner is hyping up the plastic surgeon who was behind her facelift 14 years ago. Beverly Hills-based surgeon to the stars Dr. Garth Fisher — who was recently revealed to be responsible for Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation — gave Jenner, 69, her first facelift in 2011. Dr. Fisher shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, […]

“Those were, like, 335 [ccs]. Honey, those were some boobs,” she quipped. “I posed nude for Playboy with those boobs!”

She also expressed gratitude for Hamlin, who supported her decision because he wanted her to feel good about herself.

“I went to you and I was like, ‘You know, I just feel like I would feel better if I fixed this,’ and you were in agreement. You said, ‘It’s OK,’ but you said, ‘I’m not a boob man and I don’t care,’ which was lovely,” Rinna recalled. “But anyway, I had some pretty good boobs. They were gorgeous, but they were so frickin’ painful.”

Rinna noted that she kept her first implants for about a decade before she “went back” to Fisher and switched to the smaller size.

“They served me well for 10 years,” she said, adding that she “couldn’t fit in the clothes” she wanted to wear because her implants were too big. “So that’s when I went back to Garth. And I don’t think you should have boobs for much longer than 10 years. I think you gotta redo them. They say 10 years is a good run.”
