Donald Trump is reportedly “seriously considering” pardoning Diddy ahead of the rapper’s sentencing later this year.
The 55-year-old rapper and record producer recently requested that he be released until his sentencing, but it’s being reported that he might be getting a full presidential pardon.

The White House has not released an official statement on the matter yet, but Deadline is reporting that Trump is considering a pardon. According to the publication, sources close to the administration are claiming that Diddy‘s associates have been asking Trump to consider a pardon for the Bad Boy Records founder.
The two were previously friendly in the 2000s as they were in the same New York City social circles, but Diddy became critical of Trump following his first term as president. Despite this, Trump previously said that he would “look at the facts” in Diddy‘s case.
