The end of July means two things for Amazon Prime Video subscribers: witches and cults. That’s what some of the streamer’s most popular movies and shows are about, anyway.
This week’s two new additions to the list include Wicked, the popular film adaptation of the long-running Broadway musical about the true origins of the Wicked Witch of the West.
The other new entry is the return of Shiny Happy People, a docuseries that focuses on controversies within America’s evangelical community. The current season, A Teenage Holy War, chronicles the rise and fall of Teen Mania, a youth organization where some experienced abuse and worse.
