Regina King is speaking out following the death of her ex-boyfriend Malcolm-Jamal Warner.
If you didn’t know, the 54-year-old Oscar-winning actress and the actor, best known for playing Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, dated from 2011 until 2013.
Following Malcolm‘s tragic death over the weekend at the age of 54, Regina took to her Instagram Story to pay tribute to her former partner.
Keep reading to find out more…“Some people leave a lasting imprint, not just for who they were but for the energy they carried,” Regina wrote while sharing a photo of Malcolm riding a motorcycle.
“I’m sending prayers filled with love and understanding to your family and loved ones,” she continued. “Rest easy Malcolm-Jamal Warner.”
In a follow-up Story, Regina shared a photo of Malcolm standing tall on a motorcycle with one hand in the air, and captioned the post, “Ride in power.”
Malcolm sadly passed away after a drowning accident while on vacation Sunday (July 20) off the coast of Costa Rica while vacationing with his wife and their 8-year-old daughter.
His former The Cosby Show co-star Raven-Symoné broke down in tears while paying tribute to Malcolm.
