Bad Bunny is revealing the emotional reaction he had to meeting his Happy Gilmore 2 co-star for the first time.
The 31-year-old rapper appeared alongside co-star Adam Sandler on the Tuesday (July 22) episode of Late Night With Seth Meyers. During their joint appearance, Bad Bunny opened up about how it felt to meet the 58-year-old comedian for the first time.

“I would say we met through text message,” Bad Bunny said of the first time that he talked to Adam. Even though the two of them had been communicating via text messages, the rapper said that he was on the lookout for Adam every time he went to a basketball game.
“The first time that I saw him, it was at a Lakers game,” Bad Bunny revealed while Adam co-signed the story.
According to Adam, his daughter recognized the rapper and pointed Bad Bunny out to him across the court.
“And then we locked eyes and then I gave you some love from across the court,” Adam recalled.
“When he [made] the eye contact with me, I was like, ‘Bro!’ I cried,” Bad Bunny confessed, saying that he tried to hold back the tears but being recognized by Adam had him feeling emotional. He went on to say that he was “a little tipsy,” which might have helped bring out the emotional reaction.
