Baby on the way! Pete Davidson and girlfriend Elsie Hewitt are expecting their first child together — and they just shared the sweetest reveal.
The model, 29, took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 16, to break the news with a carousel of intimate moments alongside the Saturday Night Live alum, 31. Among the uploads was a video of the couple holding hands during a doctor’s appointment while watching a sonogram, as well as a cozy photo of the pair wrapped in a hug.
“welp now everyone knows we had sex,” Hewitt cheekily captioned the post, confirming the couple’s next big chapter together.
The pregnancy announcement comes just four months after their romance was first confirmed in March. The duo had been spotted on multiple outings together before making their red carpet debut at the Blossom Ball in New York City in May. That night, Hewitt couldn’t help but gush about her man.
“He is so incredible,” she told People at the time. “Honestly, best person I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful that he’s here tonight. It was just really important to both of us to come here and support the [Endometriosis Foundation of America] and keep helping, spreading the word and educating people.”
While they’ve kept their relationship relatively low-key, Hewitt gave fans a glimpse of their day-to-day life just weeks later via TikTok. “I’ve just been really into salt and vinegar chips right now, so Pete bought me these [four bags],” she shared in May — clearly hinting at some early pregnancy cravings.
Davidson has long been open about wanting to become a father. Back in 2022, he told Kevin Hart during an episode of Hart to Heart, “[I’m] definitely a family guy. My favorite thing ever, which I have yet to achieve, I wanna have a kid. That’s like my dream. It’s like, super corny, [but] it would be so fun. Dress up the little dude. It’s just like, I’m so excited for that chapter.”
He added, “That’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a dude, develop and get better so when that happens it’s just easier.”
Before Hewitt, Davidson was most recently linked to Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline and famously dated Kim Kardashian, whom he split from in 2022. He was previously engaged to pop star Ariana Grande in 2018. In a 2019 interview with Paper Magazine, the comedian explained his approach to love: “I treat the person I’m with like a princess. I try and go as above and beyond as possible, because that’s what you’re supposed to do?”
Hewitt, for her part, has been linked to Jason Sudeikis, Ryan Phillippe and music producer Benny Blanco.
