Kylie and Kendall Jenner were not in attendance at their half-brother Brody Jenner‘s recent wedding and an insider is explaining why they decided to skip the event.
The 41-year-old The Hills: New Beginnings reality TV star tied the knot with 28-year-old pro surfer Tia Blanco this past weekend.
It was a relatively small wedding with just 60 to 70 guests in attendance. The event took place at Brody‘s mom Linda Thompson‘s Malibu home.

TMZ reports that they were indeed invited to the event, but opted to attend for a good reason. The outlet’s source suggested “their absence may have been a strategic move to keep the spotlight on the bride and groom.”
Kendall and Kylie surely attract a lot of attention wherever they go and all eyes were on their fashion when they attended the Bezos wedding last month.
