Lizzo is sharing some more insight into her health journey.
Since 2023, the 37-year-old “Truth Hurts” singer has been documenting her weight loss and fitness journey for fans on social media.
In a new interview, Lizzo revealed the three meals she eats a day that helped her reach, and then surpass, her weight loss goal.

For lunch, the Grammy winner has either a shredded chicken Thai salad or lettuce wraps with tuna or slice chicken breast.
Then for dinner, Lizzo prefers turkey meatloaf paired with mashed cauliflower and green beans.
Lizzo noted that she makes sure to eat dinner before 5 p.m. due to her GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
“My body needs time to digest food before I go to sleep, so acid doesn’t roll up to my throat,” she explained.
Lizzo also shared that she holds herself to one cup of a coffee a day paired with vanilla protein and snacks on Greek yogurt with blueberries, blackberries, and honey.
“There’s a balance,” Lizzo said, noting she won’t stop herself from having chicken tenders, crab legs or a donut when she has a craving. “I think that’s what true health is.”
Also in the interview, Lizzo talked about trying Ozempic and dealing with the backlash after she was sued by her backup dancers.
