Users took note that when you try to enter her username, her verified account no longer shows up, and if you go to the link, it shows the account no longer exists.

Simone shutting down her account comes after she got into a Twitter feud with Riley Gaines, sharing differing opinions on Trans athletes and inclusive spaces.
A few days after their back and forth, Simone issued an apology, but has still received backlash on the platform, and in the comments of her Instagram posts.
Riley, who also recently announced her first pregnancy, took note of Simone removing her account and shared her reaction, calling her a phenom.
“- has an incredibly unpopular and morally indefensible take
– gets rightfully ridiculed for it
– issues a groveling public apology after unrelenting backlash
– deletes account to pretend it never happened
Sad to see such a phenom go down like this,” Riley posted on her account.
Simone has not directly spoken out about deleting her account at the time of this post.
