Nicholas Galitzine, playing the most epic role in the universe, just gave fans a sneak peek at Masters of the Universe, the live-action movie where he transforms into Prince Adam of Eternia and the legendary He-Man.
“Well, that’s a wrap on Masters of the Universe,” Galitzine captioned the Instagram post. “It has been an honour shouldering the responsibility of playing Adam and He-Man. It’s been the role of a lifetime and I put everything into it.”
He continued, “There’s not much I can show you, but I am so proud of the movie we’ve made. Thanks to our amazing cast and crew for all your hard work.”
The behind-the-scenes snap shows Galitzine’s silhouette from behind, rocking He-Man’s iconic Power Sword, battle shorts, boots, and those signature gauntlets.
The Idea of You heartthrob totally transformed his body for the role, as he previously shared with W Magazine. “I’m eating about 4,000 calories a day, but the amount of physical work I’m doing, you end up hungry at the end of the day, which is quite surprising,” he said in January.

The project’s journey included To All the Boys star Noah Centineo, initially set to play He-Man, before Kyle Allen stepped in when Netflix acquired the project in 2022. Now, riding the wave of Mattel’s Barbie success, Masters of the Universe has landed at Amazon MGM Studios with Galitzine wielding the Power Sword.
The story follows Prince Adam, who becomes the mighty He-Man by raising his Power Sword and shouting, “By the power of Grayskull!” Armed with his magical sword, superhuman strength, and loyal squad, He-Man protects Eternia and Castle Grayskull’s secrets from the evil sorcerer Skeletor’s dark forces.
Masters of the Universe hits theaters in summer 2026.
