Timothée Chalamet has been gradually getting to know Kylie Jenner’s family better, including her kids and a source exclusively tells Life & Style that he’s now making an effort with Caitlyn Jenner, who’s a big fan of the relationship and convinced they’ll go all the way.
“Timothée is naturally very charming, it’s no surprise Caitlyn is raving about him. She’s over the moon to be getting his time and attention, she’s taking it as a sign that Kylie is valuing her and making her a priority,” Life & Style’s insider explains. “Caitlyn had them over to her place in Malibu a few weeks ago, and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. She’s telling everyone that Kylie has finally met her match, that he’s everything a parent could want for their daughter.”
The source gushes that the Dune actor, 29, is “polite and well spoken.”
“He’s intelligent, he’s funny, and so handsome, Caitlyn can’t say enough good things about the kid. Of course, she’s like this with everyone that Kylie has been with,” the source notes. “In Caitlyn’s eyes, Kylie can do no wrong. If she gives someone the stamp of approval and deems them worthy of dating, then they must be great. That is how Caitlyn has always approached things, she was even welcoming to Tyga back when Kylie was with him.”
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 27, dated the “Rack City” rapper, 35, on-again, off-again between 2014 and 2017. The Kardashians star went on to date now ex-boyfriend Travis Scott from 2017 and 2023, with a few breakups in between. Kylie and Travis, 34, share two kids, daughter Stormi Webster, 7, and Aire Webster, 3.
Now that Kylie is with Timothée, her entire aura has changed. To echo Life & Style’s insider, the Wonka actor has not only won over Kylie’s heart since they started dating in April 2023, but her kids’ as well.
“He took to them instantly. Timmy reads books with the kids and lets them climb all over him,” a second insider exclusively told Life & Style in a story published on May 1. “Timothée brings Aire car toys because he knows he loves them, and he always has a treat for Stormi, sometimes a new doll to add to her collection. A lot of guys would be intimidated dating a woman with young kids, but Timmy fits right in. Kylie feels so lucky!”

During their kids-free date nights, Kylie and Timothée enjoy going to events, like the 2025 NBA playoff games. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum sat courtside next to Timothée, as he eagerly cheered on his home team, the New York Knicks.
Kylie even joked about their sports-themed date nights via TikTok on May 29 by reposting a clip of Sex and the City.
“Since when did we start caring about basketball?” Carrie, portrayed by Sarah Jessica Parker, asked Samantha, who was played by Kim Cattrall.
Kim responded, “I don’t get laid unless the Knicks win.”
That said, Kylie is in planning mode as a third insider previously told Life & Style that she is showing Timothée her taste in engagement rings.
“Kylie has a vision for everything … and has gone so far as to show Timothée photos of the [ring] styles she likes,” the third source explained, later adding, “It’s just about being Timothée’s wife.”
