Ben Stiller was asked three burning questions about Severance season three, and fans might not like his responses!
If you don’t know, the second season ended on several cliffhangers, including Adam Scott‘s Mark and Britt Lower‘s Helly remaining on the severed floor together helping Dichen Lachman‘s Gemma escape from Lumon’s captivity.
In addition, John Turturro‘s Irv seemed to have a sendoff that could indicate he’s not returning!

Ben was asked by Variety, “How many episodes have been written for Season 3?”
His response? He took a long pause and then said, “I don’t want to talk about where we’re at in our process.”
He was then asked, “How many seasons will you make in total?”
Ben‘s response? “No comment.”
He was then asked, “Will John Turturro be back?”
Ben‘s response? “No comment.”
He was also asked if there were spinoff shows in the works. Ben said, “There are two specific ideas — that I won’t tell you — that we’ve talked about internally as possible spinoff ideas.” If he’s spoken to Apple about them, he shared, “They are nascent.”
