Blink and you might miss it, but Jessica Simpson is in the trailer for Kim Kardashian’s upcoming Hulu legal drama, All’s Fair.

The “Irresistible” singer, 44, could be seen throwing a drink in a man’s face in a split-second clip in the video, which was released on Tuesday, May 13.

Jessica makes a cameo in All’s Fair alongside Kim, 44, who stars in the Ryan Murphy-created series as divorce attorney Allura Grant. The Kardashians star is joined by Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close.

All’s Fair follows a team of female divorce attorneys who open their own practice after leaving a male-dominated firm. “Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances — both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game — they change it,” the synopsis reads.

The trailer opens with Allura, Naomi’s Liberty Ronson and Niecy’s Emerald Greene sitting down with a client who is about to tell her story.

“It’s been a lot, I’m sorry,” the client says, becoming emotional.

“No, no, no,” Naomi responds. “We don’t meet with ‘sorry’ people.”

Elsewhere, the trailer depicts the lawyers’ lavish L.A. lifestyle and Glenn’s Dina Standish telling her colleagues to “get mad, get hot, get revenge.” Of course, there are also tense moments, such as Allura injecting herself with something in a bathroom and Dina having a breakdown at home.

The trailer also teases a romance between Allura and Matthew Noszka’s Chase Munroe.

Jessica’s participation in the legal drama comes at an interesting time, considering her separation from husband Eric Johnson and reports that she has turned to Kim for advice. The Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica star confirmed their split to People in January.

“Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,” she said. “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.”

Weeks prior to Jessica sharing the news, a source exclusively told Life & Style that she had been hitting up Kim, who split from ex-husband Kanye West in 2021, for “divorce tips.”

“Jessica hasn’t made any decisions. She’s still researching her options and talking to her friends, especially the ones with kids that have been through a divorce,” the insider said. “It’s really not something she wants to do. Her divorce from Nick [Lachey] was beyond tough, and there were no kids involved, so she knows this will be 10 times worse.”

The source continued, “Jessica has a lot of great women in her life that have circled around to be there and guide her, but Kim is very much front and center. She’s really stepped up to be there as someone to talk things through with.”

The insider added that Kim has been “brutally honest about how painful it was for her to separate her family, but at the end of the day, she does feel divorce was the right option, so she’s giving Jessica hope that if she does go down that path, there can be a light at the end of the tunnel. She’s not telling her what to do either way, but she has been a sounding board for her and a shoulder to cry on.”
