Leighton Meester is breaking her silence on the loss of her Gossip Girl co-star Michelle Trachtenberg.
The late actress passed away back in February, due to complications from diabetes mellitus.
In a new interview with Flaunt magazine, Leighton touched on the passing of her former co-star.

“It’s devastating,” she told the mag, with a sigh. “She was a wonderful, talented person, and everyone loved her. It’s very, very sad for everyone who knew her.”
Leighton‘s words reflect many others who have worked with Michelle, noting her character and praising the kind of person she was.
