Ashley Park is living her best life — on screen and off! The Emily in Paris star is getting ready to jet-set back to Europe to film Season 5 of the hit Netflix series, and she tells Life & Style exclusively that she’s more excited than ever.
“It was recently announced that we start filming the season in a few weeks! I’m getting myself all packed up to head over to Europe for the summer months of filming!” Ashley, 33, shares. “I can’t wait for this season to show more of Rome and Paris — two cities that I’ve fallen in love with!”
Last season left Emily in Paris fans on a major cliffhanger: Camille (Camille Razat) shockingly called off her wedding to Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) at the altar, revealing Emily and Gabriel’s unresolved feelings, while Mindy (played by Ashley) was preparing for the Eurovision Song Contest with her band.
Now, with tensions, romance, and career changes in the air, the singer and actress teases that the upcoming episodes will be full of surprises. “We’re going deeper into these characters’ journeys, and I’m just really excited to explore more of Mindy’s world — both personally and musically,” she shares.
Between filming and traveling, the talented star is also enjoying life’s little luxuries — like her new partnership with Baileys.
“I usually drink my coffee black, but adding a splash of Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk turns it into a treat,” she tells Life & Style. “It’s such an easy way to elevate my day.”

While Mindy may be chasing pop stardom in Europe, Ashley has her own dreams — and they involve a return to her first love: the stage. “I would love to perform in a Broadway musical again,” the Tony-nominated Broadway actress shared. “I’ve done five shows, but it’s been years since I’ve been back. Whether it’s a classic revival or a new play, it would be a dream.”

Despite the global fame Emily in Paris brought her, Ashley still stays grounded. “Filming the show was my first time ever spending time in Europe, and it changed my life,” she says. “But through it all, I still feel like myself, just with a deeper appreciation for connection, peace, and the people I keep close.”
As for the future? Ashley’s also manifesting something a little more action-packed for herself. “Florence Pugh and I recently had a dinner where we were fantasizing about doing a Charlie’s Angels-style movie together. We’d have way too much fun.” She adds, “If you asked me five to 10 years ago where I’d be, I could’ve never imagined this. So now, I just want to keep growing, keep discovering, and continue bringing joy to others — in whatever form that takes.”
