Brant Daugherty is starting work on a new movie this week and he’s making sure his body is in tip-top shape.
The 39-year-old actor has been sharing daily workout selfies from the gym and he just took his shirt off to reveal the results of his hard work.
“[Filming] in two days. I think I’m ready,” Brant captioned a photo on his Instagram Stories in which he bared his fit body.
Brant is best known for playing Noel Kahn in the hit series Pretty Little Liars and later appearing in the movie Fifty Shades Freed. In recent years, he has starred in several movies for Hallmark Channel, including A Royal Runaway Romance and Joyeux Noel.
Last year, Brant and his wife Kim welcomed their second child into the world!
