In the summer of 2024, fans were quick to notice that Ice Spice was noticeably thinner. However, when people began to accuse her of using Ozempic, she was quick to shut them down.
“I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic. That’s one thing I wish,” the “Think U the S–t” artist said during an X Spaces chat in August 2024. “Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f–k is that? Genuinely, what is that?”
