Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are making their soap opera debut on The Bold and Beautiful.
The CBS soap dropped a sneak peek of the couple’s upcoming appearance in a Wednesday, April 23, Instagram post. In the clip, Montag, 38, and Pratt, 41 — who play themselves during the surprise cameo — are seen catching up with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s character Steffy Forrester backstage at a fashion show.
“Well, after all the drama Forrester’s been through, of course, we’d be here supporting,” Montag said in the video.
MacInnes Wood’s character replied that she was happy the pair could make it to the event and thankful they could team up.
“Well, I appreciate it,” MacInnes Wood said. “And I love that we’re doing the collab and using your song in the fashion show.”
It appears that Montag and Pratt go way back with the Forrester family, since she expressed her well wishes to Steffy’s parents Ridge Forrester (Aaron Phypers) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig.)
“Well, have a great show, Steffy — not that you need it,” Montag said. “Also, give your parents my best. I’m so glad they’re back together.”
The clip ended with Steffy and Motnag sharing a sweet hug.

Montag and Pratt’s appearance will air during the Thursday, April 24, episode.
The Forrester fashion show has been a staple on The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition to Montag and Pratt, this year’s event — which will air in three parts — is bringing multiple guest stars to the small screen, including influencer Markell Washington and Lauralee Bell, who will be reprising her The Young and the Restless role of Christine “Cricket” Blair.
“We’d expect nothing less than front row for these guest stars ⭐️,” the official Bold and the Beautiful Instagram account wrote earlier this month announcing the famous faces who will be on the show.

Montag and Pratt rose to fame as they starred on the MTV reality series The Hills from 2007 to 2010. While on the series, the couple tied the knot in 2008. The pair share two sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 2.
After tragically losing their home in the California wildfires earlier this year, Montag has experienced a resurgence in her music career. In 2010, she dropped her debut album Superficial. 15 years later, it went No. 1 on the iTunes chart.
“Every dollar we made from The Hills, we put into this album,” Pratt said in an emotional January TikTok video. “For it to finally get No. 1 in America, 15 years after. … Do you know how many times we’ve cried and how much regret we’ve had about spending all of our money and investing it and believing in Heidi’s music?”
