Not all F1 drivers’ futures are set beyond the current 2025 season!
About a handful of the Formula 1 drivers’ contracts are expiring at the end of this year, and so far, no one has signed any extensions in the last few months.
Exact details of driver contracts are typically unavailable, though many will sign “multi-year” contracts, but this could also only mean two years.
As this season continues, we are taking a look at where each driver’s future currently stands based on their contract with their team.
Four of the current drivers are signed beyond 2026, with one of them holding the longest contract ever for their team!
