Finn Wolfhard is being upfront about the importance of mental health care as a child actor.
The now 22-year-old actor reflected on how launching into stardom at the age of 13 affected him when Netflix‘s Stranger Things became a hit show in 2016.
“I don’t think I’d ever go back and do something over, but maybe I would go back to when the show first came out and blew up, and I would directly put myself into therapy,” he revealed to People in a recent interview.

“But it was so crazy and overnight, that there was not really any time to think about that,” he added of how he processed his sudden rise to fame.
However, he also talked about the importance of not living life in regret.
“I would end up probably making a mistake in a different way anyways. I think childhood, and life in general, is about trial and error,” he said.
