Jason Statham’s A Working Man has taken the number one spot at the box office this weekend, beating out Disney’s Snow White in its second weekend at the box office with $15.2 million. Snow White came in at $14.2 million, collapsing 66% from its initial weekend after poor reviews and word of mouth.
In third place was The Chosen: Last Supper, which is a faith-based TV series being broadcast via Fathom Events in two hour blocks. It brought in $11.5 million.
The Woman in the Yard collected $9.4 million in its first weekend on a $12 million budget, though neither critics or audiences gave it good marks.
In fifth place was A24’s Death of a Unicorn with $5.8 million, which did much better than A24’s last release, Opus.
