Joe Gatto is being swarmed by sexual assault allegations after two alleged victims claimed that the Impractical Jokers alum harassed them over the years.

Joe Gatto Accused of Sexual Harassment by a Fan
On March 20, 2025, a TikTok user with the username joozyb claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Joe when she was 19 years old in 2023.
“I got sexually assaulted by Joe Gatto, the Impractical Joker. I’m sorry you don’t believe it. The people you idolize aren’t always going to be good,” the woman claimed in the video.
While reflecting on the alleged incident, joozyb claimed to have been a fan of Joe and was excited to see him at a restaurant in Milwaukee along with her mother and sister. After taking a photo with the comedian, joozyb reached out to him via Instagram Direct Message and asked if he could graciously gift her and her family members free tickets and meet-and-greet passes to his show at Pabst Theater in Milwaukee on September 8, 2023.
After the show, joozyb claimed that she began drinking with her family members while communicating with Joe via Instagram DM, which she deemed “weird” after Joe allegedly put the messages in Vanishing Mode. Joe allegedly gave joozyb directions to get to his hotel room, an offer she claimed to have taken up.
“Somebody led me to the elevator, and somebody was on the elevator with me and pressed the button,” joozyb claimed in a separate video.
After “some stuff happened,” joozyb shared a photo of her buttocks allegedly bruised by Joe.
“Yes he did S.A me. yes he had JUST gotten back together with his wife. I’m sorry you guys don’t want to hear it,” she captioned the photo.
Joe and his wife, Bessy Gatto, split in 2022 but reconciled the following year.
Joe Gatto Denies Fan’s Sexual Assault Allegations
“I have used poor judgment and as a result have violated the trust of the people I love most. But anyone who knows me at all knows full well that I wouldn’t assault anyone,” Joe told Page Six in a statement shared on March 22, 2025. “Working on myself is an ongoing process. And I am now going to take some time away from the public eye to focus my energies where I need to.”
Joe Gatto’s Former Employee Accuses Him of Sexual Harassment
One day after Joe denied his former fans’ sexual harassment allegations against him, his former employee claimed to have been inappropriately treated by him.
The unidentified woman, who worked for Joe before he left Impractical Jokers, told People in a March 23, 2025, report that Joe allegedly started to make moves on her once she turned the legal age of 18 years old.
The woman was allegedly warned by Joe’s former employee that he often gets handsy and flirty and to shut down those acts before they escalated.
A source told the outlet that Joe asked the woman to cuddle, to give him back massages and occasionally inappropriately grabbed her.
The woman had a boyfriend at the time, which allegedly made Joe jealous. Also, she claimed he would get mad when she would shut down his advances. Joe would allegedly use mental manipulation tactics the next time they saw each other.
Joe’s former employee quit after working for him for two years.
Joe’s rep denied the former employee’s allegations and referred to his initial denial statement when People reached out for comment.
