Justin Bieber has been letting fans see his more vulnerable side on social media, and in a recent social media post, he admitted to struggling with certain issues.

“I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh,” Justin, 31, captioned a carousel of photos shared via Instagram on March 22.

Later that same day he shared a video on the app and wrote, “I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic. Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”

Fans have been concerned about Justin’s health in recent weeks, and a source told Life & Style that there might be a valid reason for their worries.

“His behavior’s been troubling for some time. What fans are seeing now is just a small taste of what his life is really like,” the insider said in a story published on March 12. “He goes through periods where he isolates, then periods where he’s active and will spend time with friends. Justin can also have pretty intense low periods.”

However, a rep for the “Yummy” artist told TMZ that the last year had been “very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him” and that rumors that he was struggling with his mental health were “absolutely not true.”

The following day, Justin opened up about feeling inadequate in certain aspects of his life.

“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow Justin, u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy,” he wrote in a message shared via his Instagram Stories on March 13. “Like I was a fraud.”

He continued, “Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky, like, damn if they only knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am. They wouldn’t be saying this. I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky, welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”

A separate source revealed to Life & Style that the pressure of Hollywood might be putting a strain on Justin and his wife, Hailey Bieber, amid fans’ health concerns.

“Justin couldn’t wait to live in California when he was a kid. He moved here when he was 13, but a lot has happened to him since those early days,” the insider explained. “It’s no secret he’s been through a lot, and now that he’s a husband and father and has figured out that fame isn’t what he expected, he and Hailey are considering leaving the U.S.”

Plus, the source added that while Justin “especially wants to get away,” Hailey, 28, is more than happy to support him and do whatever it takes.

“She’d travel back and forth for work projects, but it’s Justin who really wants to settle down and create a safe home environment for [their son] Jack and the other children they plan on having,” the insider added. “They don’t want their kids growing up in Los Angeles or New York. They like how someone like George Clooney, who has a wife and kids, lives his life out of the spotlight in Italy.”
