After three seasons, HBO Max has canceled The Sex Lives of College Girls, created and produced by Mindy Kaling. The show starred Amrit Kaur as Bela Malhotra, Alyah Chanelle Scott as Whitney Chase, and Pauline Chalamet (sister of Lil Timmy Tim) as Kimberly Finkle. Due to the fourth main cast member Renee Rapp leaving at the beginning of S3, the show brought in Gracie Lawrence (daughter of filmmaker Marc Lawrence) as Kacey Baker (the girls’ new roommate) and Mia Rodgers as Taylor (a freshman from London).
Gracie will be starring as Connie Francis in the upcoming musical Just in Time alongside Jonathan Groff, who plays Bobby Darrin. The show opens on Broadway next month. Pauline’s next project is a Steve Pink movie called Terrestrial, which she also produced. Alyah is currently starring in the off Broadway show All Nighter, which just opened last week.
