Brittany Cartwright is ready to return to fans’ TV screens for The Valley season 2, and the Bravo star exclusively gives Life & Style a glimpse into the cast dynamic.
“I’m kind of the glue that holds this cast together, like, I think I’ve been that since day one, and I love all of them,” the Vanderpump Rules alum, 36, reveals. “They’re my real friends. I’m really, really close to all the girls, all the guys, and I still am to this day. So, thank God, I’m not fighting with anybody at the moment.”
Brittany’s sentiment of bringing the cast together rang true when she hosted a Galentine’s party on February 4. The reality star was joined by her Valley costars Kristen Doute, Jasmine Goode, Nia Sanchez and Zack Wickham. Michelle Saniei was the only female costar missing from the group.
Brittany and her fellow The Valley costar are set to return to the silver screen “soon,” Bravo announced on February 3. An official premiere date for season 2 has yet to be announced.
“Jax [Taylor] and I are still coparenting,” the Kentucky native said in the trailer of her and Jax’s son, Cruz Michael Cauchi. “And then all hell broke loose.”
The Valley season 2 will be the first time that Jax, 45, and Brittany filmed together following their February 2024 separation. The family matriarch officially filed for divorce that August. Viewers watched their marriage crumble during season 1 as they constantly fought in front of their friends, although they were still together while filming.
Jax and Brittany aren’t the only couple who split after filming season 1 as Michelle and Jesse Lally separated after six years of marriage. Meanwhile, Kristen’s relationship with fiancè Luke Broderick heated up as he proposed to her in September 2024, two months before announcing their pregnancy with baby No. 1.
In October 2024, Brittany exclusively told Life & Style that Jax may have been a “terrible husband,” but claimed the former SUR bartender was a “great dad” to their son.
“You know we’re working on it right now, things are very raw between us, so we’re still kind of in that angry phase,” Brittany explained at the time. “But we’re trying and trying and trying and trying to get better every single day, but if I needed something, Jax would be there for me, and he would be there for Cruz in a heartbeat.”
After losing “so much” confidence during her marriage with Jax, Brittany decided to regain her self-esteem. Brittany lost 45 pounds during her partnership with Jenny Craig, and she wanted to tighten her core and underwent a non-invasive AirSculpt treatment.
“I got huge when I was pregnant. I’m always very open about that, like I was so big I got stretch marks. I had loose skin, and even as much weight as I lost I still could not control that tummy area like, no matter what,” Brittany told Life & Style at the time. “So, that’s why air slope was so important. And they also do like skin tightening treatments as well. And that was like life changing for me, bringing my confidence back.”
