Natasha Rothwell isn’t the only original The White Lotus actor to return in season three!
The actress reprised her role of spa manager Belinda Lindsey, who she portrayed in season one, which was set in Hawaii.
However, during the season three premiere on Sunday night (February 16), another character from that first season made a surprise return!
