Justin Baldoni has revealed two pages of handwritten notes he claims he took when he allegedly met with the It Ends with Us intimacy coordinator in April of 2023, a month before filming began on the film.

There has been a lot of talk about the intimacy coordinator on the It Ends with Us set, with Blake Lively claiming in her original December 2024 complaint, “Mr. Baldoni improvised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed, or discussed with Ms. Lively, with no intimacy coordinator involved.”

She accused him of sexual harassment and running a smear campaign against her.

Justin filed his own suit against Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and others. In his suit, he claims she was “determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story” to deflect from getting publicly trashed as “tone-deaf” during the film’s media tour, according to the legal paperwork provided to Just Jared.

Now, in some new documents released to the public, Justin reveals handwritten notes that were allegedly taken during a meeting with an intimacy coordinator.

In a timeline he released, the filing shared, “April 21, 2023: Baldoni meets with the intimacy coordinator to discuss how to shoot the sex scenes. It was important to him that the intimacy coordinator be a woman to help craft sex scenes that would speak to the book’s mostly female audience—i.e., be written from the ‘female gaze.’”

It continued, “His notes from this meeting are pictured below and were later shared with Lively during one of their script-writing meetings at her New York apartment. These notes would later become the basis for Lively’s Complaint, in which she states that Baldoni would talk about his own sex life…”

There are some more graphic words included in the notes that we won’t repeat here, but his lawyers suggest, “Ideally, these conversations would have taken place directly between Lively and the intimacy coordinator directly, as Baldoni had requested; however, Lively declined to meet with her, leaving Baldoni in the less than ideal position of having to relay these notes to Lively in her penthouse.”
